Step 1: Are you needed?

Does enough demand even exist for what you’re doing?

Ask yourself:

• Are there already creators talking about it (good sign)?
• Do people ask questions about it online?
• Do you see posts on it getting saved/shared?

If the answer is yes, you’re good. If the answer is no, you can still do it, but growth will be slower and you’re doing it mainly for high level connections.

Step 2: Market research

If this step is weak, everything else afterwards fails as well.

You should look for data, not just inspiration.

Analyze these people below and track their best performing videos:

• Competitors 1–2 levels above you
• Creators selling similar offers
